Brief description

Due to the plant re-organization the warehouse of 10.000 large carriers and 40.000 small load carriers containing motor parts for MTR (motor parts refreshing), had to be removed to another building.

These measures concerned a pallet high bay racking, a pallet heavy load area and a small carrier area on different floors.

A special focus had to be set on the permanent availability of these parts to the production processes during all phases of the removal.

During this project the actual stock was reduced and the warehouse structure was optimized. The project was carried out on time and with less budget than calculated.
