Brief description

For the Möller Group JIT / JIS processes to supply the X6 production were planned and implemented. In the context of supply chain management, a strong focus was placed on the production optimization and was implemented as a Möller owned production system. During the Kick off, an economical gradual concept was developed and implemented.
