Brief description

Elementary planning of the site logistics in der pre-scoping-phase for the construction of one of the world´s largest chemical plants in Abu Dhabi.

Therefore the present infrastructure (areas, road, rail and water transport connections) was analysed, the quantity structure estimated and possible transport routes were investigated. From these results the requirements for the planning of the infrastructure were deducted.

Different varieties of organisational structures were developed as a base for a business model.
