Brief description 

To guarantee an undisturbed supply and disposal of the construction site, a logistics concept was developed that includes the maintenance of flight operation during the time of construction as well as the surrounding infrastructure and any other construction projects taking place nearby in the same interval of time.
In every phase the following activities had to be achieved:

• develop quantity structures
• develop space and schedule planning,
• realize source-drain analyses
• realize traffic analyses

Also, a concept of organization was developed that includes the specific security requirements of airport operation.
