Brief description 

For the 18 buildings at Potsdamer Platz, a supply and disposal center was designed for Debis property management.

On the basis of marketing types (mixed use) the capacity of the plant and its infrastructure connections and internal connectivity to the users was considered.

A cost-benefit analysis revealed the opportunities for a commercial exploitation.
