Brief description 

The concepts included the examination of planned utilization areas as office, hotel and industrial spaces.

Issues like space management, coordination of material flow and staff capacities, expected amount of traffic, security, supply and disposal as well as cleaning (among other things) had to be integrated into one overall FM concept.

The supply and disposal concepts focused on integration of demands and opportunities of existing structures as well as new buildings.
