Brief description 

Project management for the new rail construction of a 1.750 km long North-South connection through the desert, fitted for heavy load transports in the zone CTW 100 from the bauxit mine in Zabirah to the harbor at Ras Az Zawr.

The project management of this 300 million € project included:

• Development of a coordinated operation flow chart
• Development and implementation of a quality plan
• Development of logistics concepts
• Installation of a reporting system
• Supporting the risk management
• Analysis of conflict potential, claim management
